The headlamp in my EDC backpack wasn’t dead, but it was very dim. I’ve marked this month’s report with an asterisks. I preemptively replaced the batteries with three AAA rechargeables from EBL. I’ll cycle them out every month like I do the batteries for my Olight M12.
Did anyone else buy EverBrite headlamps? How is your battery life so far?
Otherwise, everything else is going fine. I am still surprised that the COAST pen light in my electronics accessory bag is still going strong. It’s a little dim for EDC use, but provides enough light to find stuff in a dark environment, whether that be a pen that rolled under a desk at work, or finding a tourniquet in my med kit.
