Moo Luxe vs GotPrint Trifecta Business Card Comparison Review

| October 19, 2016 | 3 Comments

Today we’re going to talk about business cards. This might seem like a weird EDC item to talk about on a blog about SBRs and learning how to taint-stab people while upside-down in a car.

However, many of you are businessfolk, consultants, instructors, or content creators, so I hope you’ll find this post of interest.

I don’t use business cards in my “day job” (I haven’t had any since 2012, and barely used them even then), but I have found them very very helpful in regards to this blog and getting people into fight focused training.

We’ve gone to SHOT Show, Rangemaster, and other industry conferences, as well as fundraisers and larger training events.

We invested in very high quality (and expensive) business cards from The Luxe card is three cards glued together, and is impressive visually and physically.

I would “pin” people on the X by handing them my card. I’d hit them with my pitch while they looked at it, flicked the edges with their fingers, turned it over to see my logo on the back, and wonder aloud if they could kill someone with it (happened several times).

This turned out to be very successful, and I feel like the card played a role in many of the relationships we’ve built over the years.

About two weeks ago, we learned about‘s Trifecta card from an instructor friend of ours.

I placed an order, and did a video review on the two cards. I talk about the similarities, differences, and pros and cons of each.

TL ; DW — the experience and Luxe card are better overall, but the Trifecta is the best bang for the buck.

Very nice review. excellent points to about “pinning” someone to the X. Also I could not help but thinking about American Psych during the video due to the awesomeness of the business cards. As usual excellent and thoughtful content. Thanks.
