That’s What She Said: Less is More

At the end of my Range Bag post I mentioned a couple of items I knew I needed to add to my pack. One of those items was duct tape.


Wow. That takes up a ton of space. I think we can do better than that. In this post I am going to show you how Gabe from QSI Training taught me to pack duct tape so it isn’t such a bulky space-eater.


You will need an old gift/credit card, and a safety pin.


Start winding the tape around the card.


It goes pretty quickly once you get the tape lined up neatly.


Once you’ve wound your tape, stick the safety pin to the flap.


It will make finding the free edge much easier, plus you now have an extra safety pin.
